About Keith Felix
Keith G. Felix II holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana and is a second generation Realtor with broad exposure and in-depth experience in many facets of the real estate business. He holds a Master Graduate of Realtors Institute (MGRI) certification through Indiana University as well as the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the National Association of Realtors. He has been an employing broker 1975-1999 in Indiana where he owned and managed a successful Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliate franchised real estate brokerage company. He brokered residential, commerical, and agricultural real estate, partnered in the development and sale of a 50-lot residential subdivision, designed and built homes on a custom and speculative basis, and was the owner/manager of a number of single and multi-family rental properties in Indiana. He was the designated REO broker for various foreclosing mortgage lenders including local and regional banks, the Veterans Administration, Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and FHLMC (Freddie Mac). He represented a number of new home builders in his immediate market area. He also performed fee appraisal work for individuals, lenders, and courts of law, and was an expert witness in many real estate condemnation/eminant domain proceedings. Since moving to Colorado, Keith has been a commercial real estate broker and retail and office property leasing agent, formerly with Dunton Commercial Real Estate of Denver 2000-2009. Keith is now an independent Realtor based in Lakewood, CO, serving the needs of homebuyers and homesellers as well as real estate investors and commercial real estate users in the Denver Metro Area.
