Billing Services 
• When required, we can pay all outstanding utility service balances, HOA liens, sewer liens and recurring utilities, debris removals, lawn and snow removal, etc. (generally up to $500.00 aggregate limit with some exceptions) and then invoice for those expenses.
• We submit all invoices on a timely basis, at least monthly.
• We understand that every lender in possession has a different protocol for submission and payment of invoices.  We adapt easily to each company's procedures.
